Forgive the title, I really couldn't help it!
Today I received a pair of 64MB 72 pin SIMMs through the post that I bought from a fellow 68kmla member. I believe that they are from the same person as MacTV got his 64MB SIMMs from recently for the PowerMac 6100 media centre project. They were quite a bargain too in my opinion, given how hard it is to get them. Anyway, my workhorse Performa 475 is now sporting a whopping total of 68MB RAM and is now performing, (pardon the pun), much better than it ever has!
(It is running RAM Doubler).
I am planning to put the other 64MB chip in my recently-aquired Performa 630, which will probably happen when I get round to setting the machine up somewhere. Also, I now have a spare 32MB SIMM kicking about that I may put in one of the LCIIIs lurking in the attic.
